Efforts to settle the disputes relating to transgender in Janaki Mandir
Dhanusha (Pahichan) June 2 – The Janaki Mandir has increased the amount of money that transgender receive. With increase, the amount has reached for lakh and with the increment dispute has emerged. There have been attempts to settle that dispute. Earlier, there same amount was two lakh.
Ram Varosraj has knocked the door of court. Following the pressure from Temple Management Board and priest, the district court Dhanusha was refusing to register the court.
“Priest has assured that they would take just two lakh,” rights activist Pradeep Yadav said, “There are threatened to exclude from dancing in the temple so there is delaying in registering case,” said Yadav. Yadav suggested stopping collecting two lakh from this temple.
