Kathmandu (Pahichan) December 14 – Folk Singer Navaraj Ghorasaine has said that he is ready to sing the songs of gender and sexual minority. Speaking to Pahichan, he said he is committed to raise the voices of gender and sexual minority. “Homosexual and transgender are the citizens of this country.
They are eligible to get equal rights like male and female. He said he sometimes sings for the social service and raise funds for the treatment of sick people. He said members of this community get jobs and employment.
“State should grant special rights for the members of this community. State should give education, health and employment,” said Ghorasaine. He said there are no songs relating to gender and sexual minority.
