Kathmandu (Pahichan) November 10 – Social Activist and Political Analyst Uttam Raj Thapa has said that as homosexual and transgender are the products of nature, there should not be discrimination to this community. Thapa is a founding Board Director of Giriraj Prasad Koirala Memorial College and he is a political analyst.
He said it would be against the humanity to discriminate gender and sexual minority. He said it is inappropriate to discriminate on human being with another one. As constitution has already addressed the issues of this community, law should be formulated accordingly.
“The constitution has already addressed the LGBTI, they should be brought in the mainstream of politics cementing their rights,” he said adding that all community should be equal for the overall development of the country.
