Dang (Pahichan) October 4 – District Administration Office Dang for the first time has distributed citizenship mentioning O category in the gender section. Bala Bahadur Chaudhary of Dat Chaulahi received a copy of citizenship. Earlier, she has received citizenship under Male category.
Transgender means someone whose gender differs from the one they were given when they were born. Transgender people may identify as male or female, or they may feel that neither label fits them. Shilpa is transgender women.
She has submitted an application at Lamahi Municipality seeking citizenship under O category. On the basis of recommendation, District Administration Office provided citizenship. ” I am very much happy, I want to thank all,” Shilpa said.
