Department has started distributing passport under category since August 2015. Manoj Sahi, Monica was the first to receive passport under &#8216;O&#8217; category.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Later Santu Pun of Rupandehi and Bhumika Shrestha of Kathmandu took passport mentioning &#8216;O&#8217; category. Members of LGBTI who have received citizenship under &#8216;O&#8217; category are eligible to get passport under &#8216;O&#8217; category.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distribution of MRP began from December 2010.
