Nepal has reached a proud and historic moment. For the first time in our electoral history, GSM\/LGBTI citizens, persons with disabilities, and women working in the entertainment sector have united to establish a new political force\u2014one that rises from the margins and moves boldly to the center of democratic decision-making: the Samaabeshi Samaajwadi Party (Inclusive Socialist Party).<\/p>\n

This is not merely the formation of a political party; it is the collective declaration of communities who have endured exclusion for decades and yet continue to believe deeply in Nepal\u2019s democratic promise. Their participation marks a transformative shift\u2014one that brings lived experiences, resilience, and integrity into the country\u2019s political landscape.

\nI am honored to serve as an advisor and patron of the Samaabeshi Samaajwadi Party (Inclusive Socialist Party). While I am not the leader of this party, I stand firmly in support\u2014offering my guidance, experience, and solidarity as the party charts a bold new direction for Nepal.<\/p>\n

I am especially proud of the unanimous election of Numa Limbu (Chanchala)\u2014a respected third(trans)gender rights activist and Executive Director of Lead Nepal\u2014as the Party President. Her leadership symbolizes the strength and dignity of communities long overlooked by mainstream politics.<\/p>\n

For more than twenty five years, I have been engaged in advancing the rights, recognition, and dignity of Nepal\u2019s GSM\/LGBTI community\u2014helping secure legal recognition of diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. Today\u2019s achievement builds on those decades of struggle and extends it into the realm of national governance, justice, and policy transformation.<\/p>\n

The establishment of the Samaabeshi Samaajwadi Party (Inclusive Socialist Party) is not about representation alone. It is about redefining Nepal\u2019s political and developmental direction. We advocate a new Nepali development philosophy\u2014one that honors both people and the planet, rejecting the harmful, patriarchal, nature-extracting development models inherited from 17th-century Western industrialism and now mirrored globally.

\nOur commitments are clear:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To fight corruption and impunity<\/p>\n

To create sustainable, dignified employment<\/p>\n

To protect Nepal\u2019s fragile environment and promote climate resilience<\/p>\n

To build an inclusive nation where no one is left behind<\/p>\n

To move Nepal from a purely representative democracy to a participatory democracy, empowering citizens to shape policy and monitor implementation<\/p>\n

We do not ask for support because we are different\u2014because we are GSM\/LGBTI, or because we come from historically marginalized communities.<\/p>\n

We ask for support because we are ready to deliver better, fairer, accountable, and forward-looking governance for all Nepalis.<\/p>\n

Leadership is not determined by gender or identity\u2014<\/p>\n

not by being male,<\/p>\n

not by being female,<\/p>\n

and not by being third-gender.<\/p>\n

Leadership is defined by competence, integrity, vision, and responsibility.<\/p>\n

These are the values the Samaabeshi Samaajwadi Party (Inclusive Socialist Party) stands for.<\/p>\n

Today, I call upon GSM\/LGBTI citizens, persons with disabilities, women in the entertainment sector, youth, farmers, workers, intellectuals, and every Nepali who believes in justice, dignity, and inclusion:<\/p>\n

Join this movement. Question us. Challenge us. Strengthen us.<\/p>\n

Let us build a Nepal that is honest, inclusive, ecological, and future-oriented.<\/p>\n

This is not only the beginning of a political party\u2014 it is the beginning of a collective national journey toward a fairer and more inclusive Nepal.<\/p>\n
