Saru Dhankoti\/Pahichan – Firstly, I would like to express my sincere thanks Blue Diamond Society for providing me an opportunity\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0to work as intern.\u00a0\u00a0Blue diamond society works for sexual minorities\u00a0\u00a0.After joining\u00a0\u00a0organization , I got orientation class about\u00a0\u00a0LGBTI\u00a0\u00a0which turned to be very fruitful for future days .<\/p>\n
Before I came to this organization, I was homophobian I used to get really scared and try to escape or run whenever I see transgender. I used to think that they are mentally ill and try to scare people, which later proved wrong.<\/p>\n
After joining Blue Diamond Society I got to know that my perception for them\u00a0\u00a0was\u00a0\u00a0totally wrong\u00a0\u00a0.They are same as women \/man it\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0just that we people living in society don\u2019t try to understand them. I got chance to know about them, and most important they are the nicest person in earth to whom we can trust and be friend\u2019s for lifetime. They have good behavior and better understanding, side by side they are kind hearted and they don\u2019t judge people by their appearance or by their behavior.<\/p>\n
Society should respect them as normal person and should accept their behavior, because everyone deserves equal chance to live their life as they want and has equal rights to love anyone they want. Even government should think for the rights for LGBTI community because even they belong to same nation as they are and have equal responsibility towards country.<\/p>\n
It has been a great experience for me to work as intern in Blue Diamond Society.
