Its work encompasses HIV\/AIDS Prevention, Care and Support and the Promotion of Human Rights for MSM and Sexual and Gender Minorities in Nepal. Position:\u00a0 <\/strong>Deputy Admin. and Finance Officer (DAFO) based in Central Office, Kathmandu.<\/p>\n Under the guidance of National Program Coordinator and Admin. and Finance Officer, the DAFO will be responsible to maintain the account books of the project, keep all staff records, prepare vouchers and payment slips, payroll sheet, ensure that all invoices, bills and receipts are conformed to Nepal Tax Laws while at the same time fulfill the criteria of the donors requirements, prepare timely financial reports, maintain inventory records of the project assets.<\/p>\n Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n –\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce<\/p>\n –\u00a0\u00a0 At least 3 years of previous experience working with NGO\/INGO<\/p>\n –\u00a0\u00a0 Good knowledge of Nepal\u2019s Tax Laws and Regulation<\/p>\n –\u00a0\u00a0 Familiar with MS-Office Package<\/p>\n –\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent in Nepali, English<\/p>\n Candidates of this position must be sensitive to sexual and gender minorities\u2019 issues.
