{"id":4025,"date":"2015-09-05T20:29:14","date_gmt":"2015-09-05T14:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pahichan.com\/?p=4025"},"modified":"2015-09-05T20:29:14","modified_gmt":"2015-09-05T14:44:14","slug":"big-parties-irresponsible-to-ensure-the-rights-of-gender-and-sexual-minorities-bista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/big-parties-irresponsible-to-ensure-the-rights-of-gender-and-sexual-minorities-bista\/","title":{"rendered":"Big parties irresponsible to ensure the rights of gender and sexual minorities: Bista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kathmandu (Pahichan) September 5 &#8211; Lawmaker of Rastriya Prajatantra Party- Nepal (RPP-N) Biraj Bista has said that due to irresponsibility of major parties there is a signal that rights of gender and sexual minorities will not be ensured in the constitution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking to Pahichan program, Bista said four parties have captured the CA to push the statute drafting process according to their own way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Instead of ensuring broader participation of people, major parties are pushing their own aspirations in constitution drafting process,&#8221; Bista said adding that there will be negative repercussion and minorities will not get the right. He said political parties have not accepted the existence of other parties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;This has led that foundation of indolence is strong. Here, a patient can not trust doctor and one Nepali ca not trust other,&#8221; he said.
