Bala Bahadur Chaudhary of Dat Chaulahi received a copy of citizenship. \u00a0Earlier, she has received citizenship under Male category.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Transgender<\/strong> means someone whose gender differs from the one they were given when they were born.\u00a0 Transgender people may identify as male or female, or they may feel that neither label fits them. Shilpa is transgender women.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has submitted an application at Lamahi Municipality seeking citizenship under O category.
