Speaking to Pahichan Radio program, Kamaal said this community should be active. \u00a0<!--more-->\u201cThis community was very active to ensure their rights in constitution as well as in passport and citizenship, the same level of activeness is necessary again,\u201d said Kamaal. \u201cThe constitutionally guaranteed rights could be missed in the lawmaking process so there is a need of continuous vigilance,\u201d said Kamaal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are the examples that many countries have guaranteed the rights of this community in the constitution but that has not been translated into laws,\u201d he said.
