Kathmandu\/Pahichan – Federation of Sexual and Gender Minority in Nepal (FSGMN), a National Network of Sexual and Gender Minority in Nepal, is seeking a qualified and experienced Nepali citizen to work as Training Cum M & E Officer under Saath-Saath Project for its Gender Based Violence (GBV) related activities.<\/p>\n

Description: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Plan, implement and evaluate trainings<\/li>\n
  • Keep records and reports of GBV related activities<\/li>\n
  • Submit reports, case stories related to GBV activities<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with CBOs for the field based activities related to GBV<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with SSP\u2019s Implementing agencies and within FSGMN team to ensure GBV related activities in align with plan<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate to coordinate with district level stakeholders in coordination with Regional facilitators and local CBO in program districts<\/li>\n
  • Provide supportive supervision to CBOs to implement GBV related activities<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate to conduct community events related to GBV activities<\/li>\n
  • Support as required and assigned by supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Duty Station: <\/strong>Kathmandu with frequent field visits outside Kathmandu valley<\/p>\n

    Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor degree in Public Health\/Social Science\/Management \/Sociology<\/li>\n
    • Excellent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n
    • At least one year experience in related field<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge and experience on GBV program and M & E preferred<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skill<\/li>\n
    • Good facilitation, report writing, basic computer skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
