The consultant\u2019s national report will also look at how provisions and court decisions have been implemented in practice and their impact on broader human rights for transgender people.\u00a0The project will\u00a0build on current national initiatives and contribute to ongoing multi-stakeholder dialogues in Nepal on these issues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More details can be found in the attached Terms of Reference.
