Pokhrel reached Bhairahawa to inspect the service provided to HIV infected people. He said all the members of the BDS should be active to secure the rights of this community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe have to express solidarity from Mechi to Mahakali\u201d he said.\u00a0 Manila Nepane, chief of regional project informed about the activities launched at local level.
