In a meeting with a delegation of Blue Diamond Society (BDS) Hetauda chapter, the office made such commitment. BDS team approached Women and Children Office to make a request to coordinate for the rights of homosexual and transgender as well as their capacity development.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAlong with gender and sexual minority, it is our responsibility to bring programs for women, children and disabled people,\u201d said Officer Sobha Shah. \u201cWe fully support your campaign and journey, members of this community should get citizenship and same-sex marriage should be legalized,\u201d she said. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/pahichan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Indira-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4763\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4763\" src=\"http:\/\/pahichan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Indira-2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Indira 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Indira-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Indira-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Indira-2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Indira-2.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to her, there is a need of formulation of laws along with constitutional provisions.\u00a0 She suggested members of this community to make their identity open stating that there are traditional mindsets about this community which needs to be changed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo one should object the same-sex marriage, instead it would add a brick in the construction of equal and just society,\u201d she said. She said there are other alternatives to give birth to children. She asked to respect the aspiration of homosexual who are always willing to marry each other.
