Human rights activist Laxmi Silwal , \u2018Raj\u2019 is the first person to get citizenship in the district under O category.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After Supreme Court verdict in 2064, Bishnu Adhikari had received citizenship mentioning transgender in the gender category. But Laxmi is first to get citizenship under O category.<a href=\"http:\/\/pahichan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Raaj.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4769\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4769\" src=\"http:\/\/pahichan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Raaj-300x227.jpg\" alt=\"Raaj\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Raaj-300x227.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Raaj.jpg 661w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Citizenship was provided on the basis of recommendation made by Village Development Committee.
