Speaking to Pahichan Radio program, said members of this community can exercise all the rights provided by the constitution.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAll the people should accept the rights provided by constitution. Not only homosexual and transgender, constitution has provided rights to all the people,\u201d Bhar said<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asked whether members of this community are free to marry according to their interest, Bhar said there is no doubt about it. \u201cLike male and female, members of this community are free to marry according to their wishes,\u201d said Sharma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The government\u2019s policy and program has not addressed the issues of gender and sexual minority.
