He said there is a need of positive contribution of political parties for the effective implementation of new constitution.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEven if it is not mentioned in the new constitution it is the responsibility of parties to accommodate the aspirations of all sectors,\u201d he said adding that parties should ensure the representation of this community from national to local level. He said it would be easy if the number of LGBTI is properly counted in Nepal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said MJF (L) wants to ensure the representation of this community.\u00a0 He said same-sex marriage should be legalized and managed. He recommended such with a with that people can commit crime if this rights of liberty are not secured.
