If there is a positive environment, they would be ready to disclose their identity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Singh, six members of this community of Bipinagar of Sahajpur village development committee are compelled to conceal their identity. Singh said there is a need of providing positive education to government.
