Constitution has ensured that there should not discrimination. &#8220;Discrimination exists in the society since the ancient time. There is a need of social movement to end discrimination,&#8221; said Suman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is a need of launching the campaign equal. He said that article 42 of interim constitution has enlisted gender and sexual minority in the cluster.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said members of this community can stake claim in the Public Service Commission and other government agencies.
