{"id":6768,"date":"2017-03-12T18:25:11","date_gmt":"2017-03-12T12:40:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pahichan.com\/?p=6768"},"modified":"2017-03-12T18:25:11","modified_gmt":"2017-03-12T12:40:11","slug":"we-need-special-laws-karna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pahichan.com\/en\/we-need-special-laws-karna\/","title":{"rendered":"We need special laws: Karna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu (Pahichan) March 12 &#8211; Co-chairperson of Sadbhawana Party Laxman Lal Karna has said that it is better to formulate special laws targeting gender and sexual minority instead of Civil and Criminal codes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to Pahichan, Karna who leaders a sub-committee, said along with transgender efforts and underway to make special laws for the children and other community. \u201cThe section 3 of Civil and Criminal Code states that special laws are required for special community,\u201d Karna said, \u201cSo special laws are necessary for homosexual, transgender, children, disabled and other community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we did not address the issue of same-sex marriage in our group, he said.\u00a0 He said there will not be any problems after the formulation of laws.
