Speaking at a program to mark International Candlelight Memorial\u00a0Day, Manila Neupane, Program Coordinator of Blue Diamond Society Rupandehi said HIV virus would not chose any particular region,\u00a0religion, sex and caste.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>She said like other members of community, members of gender and sexual minority are being infected from this disease. International Candlelight Memorial Day is observed in remembrance\u00a0of the people who died from HIV AIDS. This day is being observed since 1983.<\/p>\n<p>The theme of this day was \u201cempowering HIV infected people.
