Kathmandu (Pahichan) June 12 – National Dance Competition\u00a0of homosexual and transgender is taking place in Kathmandu. Blue Diamond Society, a national organization\u00a0advocating and fighting for the rights of gender and sexual minority, is organizing such event in June\u00a025, 2017 in Rastirya Nach Ghar Jamal.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The purpose of the event is to bring together the artists of this community who are dispersing in the various districts. The winners will get the prizes of more than 50 thousand\u00a0cash.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe purpose of the program is to bring together the artists of this community along with demonstrating their capability and knowledge,\u201d said Pinky Gurung, Chairman of Society.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Society organised\u00a0Miss Pink, Mr, Gay and other competition. The chief purpose of such event is to bring about a positive change in society regarding the gender and sexual minority.<\/p>\n
