Luitel said members of gender and sexual minority would get representation in all state levels.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to Pahichan, Luitel said there is negative viewpoint in the society concerning gender and sexual minority.\u00a0 &#8220;There will be social change after the formulation of laws as per the constitutional provisions,&#8221; said Luitel.<\/p>\n<p>He said no one could prevent the representation of gender and sexual minority. He said the role of political parties is important to bring a positive change in the society.<\/p>\n<p>Luitel has been recommended as election candidate under First-Past-the-Post (FPTP) category.
