In the past, members this community were denied to go to river banks to celebrate Chhath festival.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, there was discrimination against this community and they were taken as untouchable. Transgender Ramila Madhuri said she is feeling happiness this time as members of community were allowed to go to river bank to celebrate Dashain festival.
