Indira Neupane\/Makawanpur (Pahichan) January 12 – Members of Sexual and Gender Minority are eager to receive vocational training to develop a capacity of self-sustaining. Rubel Sunuwar and Rubi Lama have started to receive Beauty Parlor training.<\/p>\n
