The training was focused on how to prepare institutional strategic policy to secure more support.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; color: #222222; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 21.4667px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">BDS which is working for the welfare of gender and sexual minority organized such strategic training.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; color: #222222; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 21.4667px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">According to program Officer Apekshya Dahal program was organized targeting CBOs working in the district with a purpose of seeking changing programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; color: #222222; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 21.4667px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> CBOs were suggested to prepare institutional strategy and planning targeting to this community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; color: #222222; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 21.4667px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Participants were informed that Save the Children is providing institutional support CBOs and there is a need of institutional strategic plan to secure more support. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; color: #222222; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 21.4667px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Transgender Rupesh Thapa Magar said he receivied citizenship on the basis of his gender identity. He said journalists are writing positive stories about this community.
