Makawanpur (Pahichan) August 11 – Two members of homosexual and transgender have been infected with HIV AIDS in Makawanpur District. At the blood test conducted by Blue Diamond Society Makawanpur among 1123, two were found infected from AIDS. Save the Children has provided assistances for the blood test, according to Lab Assistant Mahasagar Prasad Raut.
He said they are continuously providing support to HIV infected people. According to Suraj Thapa, more and more people are in vulnerable situation.
“Those involve in vulnerable sex, they do not fear to conduct, the vulnerability is always high,” he said. “Two people have been infected in one thousand which means 60 thousand infection three croe people,” Thapa said.
