Kathmandu (Pahichan) July 21 – Film Director Dipendra K Khanal has said that he has never projected gender and sexual minority in the films in a negative way. He said there are no homosexual and transgender characters in his film and there is no projection.
“I have not projected the gender and sexual minority in negative light and I have not seen such character,” Khanal said.
Stating that some films are projecting members of this community in a negative way, he said it is wrong. He said films should not use the negative terminology. Everyone knows about me because I always pick up the small issues of society and present them.
He said every people have his\ her own dignity and that should be respected. The film Dhanpati directed by him is going to be released.
