Kathmandu (Pahichan) October 18 – Blue Diamond Society has started the health services on HIV prevention and treatment. The program was suspended for six months and it has been re-launched following the support received from Global Fund Save the Children.
Prakash Niraula, Coordinator of National Project Coordinator, said the program will be implemented in Kathmandu, Morang, Janakpur,Saptari, Parsa, Doti, Sindhuli, Udayapur, Tanahu and Salyan. According to him, orientation program has been organized targeting districts coordinators and field supervisions.
Chairman of BDS Pinky Gurung directed all the concerned to effectively to implement the projects. She suggested launching program in coordination with concerned stakeholders. Gurung underlined the need of empowering the individual for effective implementation of constitutional provisions. The program will be continued till March 15, 2018.
