Kathmandu (Pahichan) November 8 – Singer Bhuwan Suptihang Rai has said that he is ready to sing songs accommodating the voices of gender and sexual minority. Speaking to Pahichan, he said he is ready to lend support and ready to sing sons if opportunities. “I am a son of Rai.
To preserve the culture, I am singing the songs of Limbhu language,” Rai said adding that all the citizens are equal and there is no hierarchy in the society.
“State law should be equal to all and society should not discriminate,” he added. He is there is gradual change in social point of view towards gender and sexual minority and it will be further enhanced with more awareness in the society. He said state facilities should be provided to gender and sexual minority.
