Kailali (Pahichan) January 27 – Orientation program has been organized targeting the doctors. The far-western chapter of Blue Diamond Society organized one-day orientation targeting the doctors working in Seti Zonal Hospital.
Vice-chair of Society Karuna Nepal informed doctors about the several issues of sexual and gender minorities. She said HIV infected transgender are receiving ART and Hermon. Doctor Ashika Sing and Krishna Ayar said they are less-informed about gender and sexual minority.
They suggested the members of this community to share their grievances without any hesitations. Lokraj Paneru, ART focal person informed that members of this community are receiving ART. Paneru said there are some difficulties are members of this community are hesitant to disclose their identity.
