Kathmandu (Pahichan) February 21 – Singer Hawal Lama has said that rights should be provided to gender and sexual minority through formulation of laws. Lama said they are also like other human creatures of this society.
Speaking to Pahichan, Lama said all the citizens of the country are equal in the eyes of law and there should not be discrimination irrespective of what gender identity they have.
Lama said he is not aware about the constitutional rights but members of this community must get rights.
