Kailali (Pahichan) March 23 – Chief of Dhangadi Municipality Nrip Bad has expressed a commitment that he would bring program targeting transgender. Speaking at a program, he said programs will be allocated for the sexual and gender minority and people who are in high-risk of HIV.
Ishwar Pant, Thagil Society said they are working addressing the issues of sex workers both male and female and transgender community.
Pant said they would continue to provide services to this community. Pant informed that they have met 162 transgender in the field of out of 312 members. He urged to disclose their identity as soon as possible.
