Kathmandu/Pahichan – Blue Diamond Society (BDS) has been working for the Right of LGBTI Community in Nepal since 2001 A.D. with the support from different projects,announces vacancy for the following positions:

Position: Program Officer based in Central Office, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.

Duties and Responsibilities:

–     Conduct program and events

–     Report writing

–     M&E in different districts

–     Advocacy and support to media

–     Coordination with different stakeholders and staff

–     Collect report from all districts staff

Required Qualification, Skills and Job Experience:

–     Intermediate Level passed

–     Five years’ experience on LGBTI issues

–     Ability to write report and conduct program

–     Knowledge on Radio programs

–     Knowledge of computer in English and Nepali

–     Good leadership quality

–     Knowledge on LGBTI issues in Nepal and outside

Position:   Program Assistant based in Central Office, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.

Duties and Responsibilities:

–     Support and Conduct program and events

–     Support in Report writing

–     M&E in different districts

–     Support for advocacy and media

–     Coordination with different stakeholders and staff

–     Collect report from all districts staff

 Required Qualification, Skills and Job Experience:

–     High School Level passed

–     Five years’ experience on LGBTI issues

–     Ability to support to write report and conduct program

–     Knowledge of computer will be an asset

–     Good leadership quality
