Bara (Pahichan) July 3 – District Police Office Bara has registered a case under Public Offence Act against the people who severely beat a transgender. Shiva Sahani misbehaved transgender Arjun Sahani, Kajol shaving the hairs randomly.
According to Office Offier Ranjit Singh Rathaur, informed that investigation is underway.
“Stern actions will be taken to Sahani who misbehaved the transgender with randomly shaving the hair,” Rathaur said. Shiva Sahani has made a contract with transgender Kajal for the cultural show on the daily basis.
When, Kajal announced to scrap the contact two days ago, Shiva Sahani manhandled. Kajal used to get eighty thousand on annual basis. Purnima Shrestha, Program Officer at Blue Diamond Society Bara chapter said they have demanded stern action against the culprit. Shrestha said police started investigation after they registered a complaint at police office seeking immediate investigation.
