Kathmandu (Pahichan) November 13 – Transgender Karan Khadka,a permanent resident of Doti district, has died. Khadka who played a vital role for the establishment of office of sexual and gender minority, died due to heart attack, according to Raj Kumar Shrestha of Khaptad Indreni Sewa Samaj.
According to inter-sex Bipin Kadayat, Khadka played a vital role in a program organized by National Aids and HIV Prevention in 2073 BS. “He was very friendly and provided a lot of assistances,” Kadayat said.
