Rupandehi (Pahichan) June 28 – Sabitri Ghimire, Coordinator of Rupandehi Regional Office of National Federation of Disabled has said that members of gender and sexual minority are still lagging behind in the society.
She said people with disability and members of gender and sexual minority are not getting sufficient attention from state.
Speaking to Pahichan Online, Coordinator Ghimire said there is not differences on state attitude towards disabled people and LGBTI.
Ghimire underlined the need of launching a joint campaign to secure the rights and help each other. Ghimire expressed a commitment of struggle to end the discrimination to both groups.
