Bake (Pahichan) September 18 – Blue Diamond Society has asked to document the cases of violence against gender and sexual minority. Speaking at a program organized by Sahara Project in Nepalgunj, Transgender rights activist Bhakti Shah requested for the proper documentation of rights violation of gender and sexual minority.
Shah said members of this community are facing various mental and physical tortures but there is not documentation of it. BDS is providing documentation training to the members of gender and sexual minority.
Mahendra Nagar Coordinator of Blue Diamond Society Chalsbon Sijapati said documentation is helpful to file complaint and provide justice. Sijapati said all should know about the documentation. Members of this community were imparted knowledge about the documentation.
