Kathmandu (Pahichan) February 12 – District Administration Office Kathmandu has created a lot of obstacles to provide citizenship on the basis of gender identity. Rubina Sargam who reached District Administration Office Kathmandu faced difficulties.
The office said that the photo in the citizenship would not match with current photo.
Lama said officials threw their citizenship. Swastika also criticized the irresponsibility of officials saying that they did not understand the matter.
Chief District Officer Kedar nath Sharma said he would ask officials about the matter. “I was busy in a program and I just arrived, I will ask about the matter,” Sharma said.
