Kathmandu (Pahichan) July 12 – Rajendra Gautam, Lawmaker of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has said that as constitution has already protected homosexual and transgender, new laws are required to cement their rights.
Speaking to Pahichan, Gautam said new laws should not discriminate to anyone. “The community which was not properly recognized till yesterday by society, now, has received rights from state.
He urged the members of this community to take initiations for the implementation law. He assured that NCP(NCP) would take initiations to make its organizations more inclusive.
