Kathmandu (Pahichan) December 23 – Former member of Constituent Assembly (CA) Sunil Babu Pant has met first chief minister of Gandaki province Prithvi subba Gurung. Gurung and Pant were together in the first constituent assembly of Nepal from 2008-12.
“We shared old memories and new ideas regarding province’s development and inclusion of minority communities,” Gurung said.
“We are lucky to get firm supporter of sexual and gender minority communities as a chief minister. I am hopeful for some good news soon….. I wish the chief minister all the success to meet Gandaki province people needs, rights and aspirations,” Pant said.
