Kathmandu (Pahichan) May 16 – Lawmaker Amar Sharma (Devraj Bhar) has said that all the community and group would get the rights provided by constitution. Speaking to Pahichan Radio program, said members of this community can exercise all the rights provided by the constitution.
“All the people should accept the rights provided by constitution. Not only homosexual and transgender, constitution has provided rights to all the people,” Bhar said
Asked whether members of this community are free to marry according to their interest, Bhar said there is no doubt about it. “Like male and female, members of this community are free to marry according to their wishes,” said Sharma.
The government’s policy and program has not addressed the issues of gender and sexual minority. Lawmaker Bhar said this issue was late known and it was not missed intentionally. “I will make efforts to accommodate the issue of this community in budget,” said Bhar.
