Dang (Pahichan) July 10 – Manila Neupane of Pawannagar-2 has received the citizenship under the O category. Neupane received the citizenship from District Administration Office Dang.
She is the second person in Dang District to receive citizenship under O category. Earlier, Shilpa Chaudhary received citizenship under the O category becoming first person in the district. Manila who was born in 2047 Jestha 27, had received citizenship in the name of Dharma Raj Sharma under the male category.
Manila has corrected their gender section. Manila is working in Blue Diamond Society Bhairawaha office. Manila said it is a great opportunity to get citizenship under the O category.
She said that state should arrange reservation quotas for the sexual and gender minority. She said that she is feeling that she is winning a big battle after receiving citizenship under O category. She suggested the transgender not to conceal their identity.
