There should not be separate perceptions to homosexual and transgender: Deuba

Kanchanpur (Pahichan) December 4 – Krishna Prasad Deuba, Chairman of Mahendranagar Cocap has said that there should not be different perception towards homosexual and transgender.

Deuba said all the citizens are equal and there is increasing participation in the programs organized by his organization.  SP of Kanchanpur District Police was also present in the program.

Deepakjung Karki, Dhangadi Chief of National Human Rights Commission, said they are ready to hear the complaints regarding human rights violations.  Nirmal and Rajayalaxmi Gurung said there the risks to human rights defenders.

He said there is a need of collective discussions about this issue. Charlesbon Sijapati of Blue Diamond Society said informed about the problems faced by homosexual and transgender joined by six districts.
