Raj Chaudhari/Kailali (Pahichan) December 23 – Nanu Maya Singh of Bhajang has said that 10 homosexual and transgender have approached her.
According to her, people are compelled to conceal their identity due to the fear in the family and society. If there is a positive environment, they would be ready to disclose their identity.
According to Singh, six members of this community of Bipinagar of Sahajpur village development committee are compelled to conceal their identity. Singh said there is a need of providing positive education to government. She also suggested incorporating this issue in the curriculum.
