Kathmandu (Pahichan) January 2 – General Secretary of Sadbhawana Party Manish Kumar Suman has said that the campaign that aims to make all citizens equal remains incomplete.
Suman said quality is the first step to make an equitable society. Constitution has ensured that there should not discrimination. “Discrimination exists in the society since the ancient time. There is a need of social movement to end discrimination,” said Suman.
There is a need of launching the campaign equal. He said that article 42 of interim constitution has enlisted gender and sexual minority in the cluster.
He said members of this community can stake claim in the Public Service Commission and other government agencies. He said it is not a normal course to ensure the constitution.
