Kaski (Pahichan) February 10 – In a HIV testing held in Pokhara, it has been found that three people are infected with HIV out of two hundred who underwent tests. Naulo Bihani has launched a campaign since December which lasted for eight weeks.
“It has been found that three people are infected with HIV out of 200,” said Program Coordinator Raju Thakali, Program Coordinator of Naulo Bihani Pokhara.
Naulo Bihani is organizing programs related to HIV infection and prevention every week. “We are providing services in some vulnerable areas to the homosexual male and transgender regarding HIV AIDS and prevention,” Thakali said. “People feel bad when it is found that they are HIV infected but it is just a type of infection and it could be cured,” said Thakali.
