Kaski (Pahichan) February 17 – A transgender woman has been severely beaten by Ganga Pun in Pokhara. Shreya Thapa, a women transgender, was sitting in Nirmaya Dohori Restaurant when Pun attacked her with helmet and empty bottles of beer causing injuries.
Along with using abusive words, she attacked by the Helmet. There was injury in the various parts of body as bottle of beer was also thrown in her body.
Pun has reached there to collection information about health services and other information. She has registered a complaint at police as she has to undergo surgery for treatment. Police has ensured 25 thousand as compensation. Thapa’s operation has been conducted in Fistail Hospital.
