Indira Neupane/Makawanpur (Pahichan) November 6 – Rajan Thapa, ward-7 Chairman of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan city has expressed a commitment that he would make an action plan to address the issues of gender and sexual minority.
He said as constitution has already addressed the issues of this community, all the state organs should fulfill this responsibility.
He said for the prosperous society all classes and caste should be united and equal. “The state should prepare the action plan to address the issues of this community. We will do our best to address the issues of this community,”
Thapa added saying that members of this community are reluctant to disclose their identity. He expressed a commitment that he would resolve all the problems related to health, education, sports and others.
